The biggest fraud out here! Guy puts a whole family in the streets two days before Christmas! He goes by the name of Bud, he is an older SOB. He had a rental property I paid deposit for he gave me a binding contract for his rental property 155 B Laxton Rd Lynchburg Va. Bud (SOB) decided to move in others after I gave him my deposit for the rental he told me he was going to give me the keys and I was set to move in week after Christmas. I have kept in touch with him the whole time. Like to mention the people living there try to pay the deposit before me and their credit card declined, I go in two days later paid deposit with cash! Then so happen they come back once again with a credit card and pay again. Instead of telling these credit card payers I already gave the apartment out he decided to give them the apartment while keeping my money. Yes he is an older man and if he is loosing his mind then his family needs to take over his business affairs because he is making very bad decisions. I will hold him accountable for these actions. Like I said I have a binding contract for that rental. People be careful using this man’s service, he also an accountant so be careful for he will probably rip you off that way! Very unprofessional and love taking peoples money. His office is very unorganized and has a lot of clients personal information out everywhere for anyone walking in the office to see, I am talking about social security numbers, address, phone numbers. The day I went to pay deposit he done made a copy of someone’s debit card and the pictures was at the front desk out in the open. Very careless to people personal information.
