This has easily been my worst experience ever working with an accountant. I was mislead to believe my taxes were being worked on and were nearly complete. This went on for 3 months. I received multiple emails stating that the work was nearly complete. Lies upon lies upon lies. DO NOT work with RUBEN CASTANEDA - he was unprofessional throughout my experience. To top it all off - this was very shocking to me as he came recommended from a friendbusiness partnerGo with any other CPA and you will be grateful you did. You're welcome.
