Called beforehand regarding my taxes. Agreed w lady that she would be able to help me w my taxes weeks in advance prior to coming to the location. Sure enough only for her to tell me she isnt taking new customers even though Ive filed w her twice before not necessarily year before as I was out of country. Dont waste your time, find 100 percent dependable location.
