I used Vicky to file my 2016, 2017 and 2018 taxes. I found out in 2020 that all three years were rejected by the IRS. Vicky never notified me and now will not even return my calls. She is incompetent and needs to lose her license. I am also making a formal complaint with the IRS and may get an attorney involved for any fees that are charged to me.
