I have been using them for more than 20 years. I took my tax documents in on March 28, 2019 and was told that they would have to file an extension. I explained that I just received my broker 1099 the previous day and I will owe, so I need to file on time and make a payment. They didn't care. So much for caring about their clients. I posted a review on their Facebook account and they deleted it and blocked me. They're always been overpriced, but I was loyal. I thought they would be too. Dumb me...
