I do not reccomend him. Very unprofessional. I was happy with the amount of tax return he said. After I signed my agreement, he sent me messages asking what I do for weekends and if I wanna go out sometimes. I said that its inappropriate offers, he still keep saying that we can keep it as a secret and i can go to his place. After I cancelled my service with him, he get offended and didn't return my personal document proof of insurance and even shred some of the papers I signed in front of me. He lies that already submitted my taxes and called to IRS to cancel it. Then when I said that I will call to police, he just said that u am mother f....ker and I have to get out from his office. Don't ever use his service.

Mr. Boateng is highly knowledgeable when it comes to taxes but not responsive and will misleaddyou. Don't trust this guy. He gave me the run around regarding the amount of my taxes. First informing me that my tax return was 4124 then he made an error and told me that my tax return would be 4890. I was never able to track my taxes on the where is my refund web page until it took him two weeks to tell me that my accrual refund was 5950. When I received my refund only 4890.05 was deposited into my account. He tried to insinuate that I was impatient when he wouldn't respond and he was mad when I asked questions about the amount so that I could track my taxes with the IRS. I call him smart because he conned me well. He ended up charging me 970 for my taxes when it was supposed to be 315. He's a great conartist. Beware!
