Its hard to recommend Tax Seasons since I just got audited thanks to their incompetence. They filed my taxes late and never told me. Then they never told me about the IRS notices either. Now I'm getting audited.

I am no longer a client there. After 2 frustrating years of dealing with this firm, I have taken my business elsewhere. I could not handle the amount of errors and the amount of time they waste. They need a lot of hand holding. The staff is very inexperienced, and the one older person their is the owner and probably the least competent. I do not have confidence in their accounting abilities.

I have been a customer here for 3 years. Service gets worse each year. I received an IRS notice for a late filing. Lan filed my taxes late, and she did not include several forms. They do not appear to want to help me resolve this issue at all. During my last call, one of her staff that spoke in code and slang was rude to me. I am no longer using them. I do not recommend them at all.
