DO NOT use Rachel for your taxes. I hate to leave poor reviews but she really screwed me for several years. After a friend recommended her, I hired Rachel to do my taxes from 2014-2018, and according to her calculations I owed the IRS over $35k... I don't know much about taxes but I know that seemed extremely high (I am a self employed Realtor). I was so overwhelmed that I didn't know what to do, then the pandemic hit. I finally reached out to another company and had to pay $500 per year for them to amend the work Rachel did. They got my tax bill down from over $35k to about $5k total for the same years!! I'm still trying to amend another year since Rachel filed it so oddly (different from the rest)...The new tax service is unsure they can amend it correctly without causing further issues. As a result I may be stuck with owing $10k for just 1 year. I recommended Rachel to several of my friends and they all said Rachel screwed up their taxes as well.
