Worst experience Ive ever had dealing with a company. I literally had to message these people 3 times to take my money for services rendered over a time period of MONTHS. For a company who handles finances, their inability to bill and take payment on a regular basis is mind blogging. 1. We were transferred over from another firm only to find out they dont take auto draft. They want you to mail off your payment via snail mail every month. 2. You dont have one point of contact. Several times I was told, when seeking advice on my accounting books, I dont handle that, youll have to contact . 3. After finally being told I would be billed monthly, I was lied to. Months went by with out being charged, then theyd send me a huge bill with 3-4 months stacked. Which makes it impossible to budget. 4. Scheduled a sit down with the partners who assured me they that things would operate smoother moving forward. That was a lie. 5. Even after a sit down with the partners I had to hunt them down to take my money. This is an accounting firm who cant properly manage finances of people who literally want to give them money. 6. One of their accountants left and I decided to take my business with her. I told one of their employees to send me a final invoice. They did. I told them to run my card the next business day. They did not. 7. A month roles by and guess what? They didnt bill me AGAIN. This is September and they are just now taking my money for an individual tax return that was filed in April. 5 months ago!8. I told the partners this was unacceptable having to waste my time and that it was unprofessional to force a customer to have to hunt down a company to bill them regularly. So we can make a budget. Youd think an accounting firm would be capable of that. I told them I wanted to be compensated for the wasted time they cost me and their unprofessionalism and constant lies. Told them Id me willing to pay half the final bill 197 they sent me a month ago for services rendered in April again its September now and they could comp the other half for the troubles. Their respond? We will send it to collections. I have NEVER had to chase a company down to take my money. Let alone a companies whose entire focus, is quite literally finances. Stay away from these people. Youll be blown off. Inconvenienced. And will have to second guess if your taxes were done correctly as money, numbers come and time tables seem to be a struggle for them.
