I had a very disappointing experience working with Nar at AJs Pro Tax. Important documents were consistently inaccurate, including misspellings of the company name and incorrect states or zip codes. Communication was nearly impossible as emails and messages went unanswered, and her phone constantly showed “Do Not Disturb.” When I did manage to get a response, the documents provided were often the wrong ones. This level of inaccuracy and lack of professionalism is unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as important as taxes. I would not recommend this service to anyone seeking reliable tax support.

This has been the worst experience ive had with a service provider. She was taking care of all of our filings and accounting and now it is an expensive mess. She has failed to file taxes on my businesses behalf for the last 2 years equalling a large late tax bill now. Our accounting is a serious mess with nothing tracking properly. She had listed that we only paid rent for 1 month which is wild and not sure how a mistake like that could slip. Any time we reach out or ask for certain documents she is impossible to get ahold of. There has been MULTIPLE spelling mistakes and inaccurate information on government paperwork which we are having have fixed now. Was referred by a good friend who she takes great care of, even flys out to handle their needs! but us? we cant get a response or honest work. Stay very far away unless you want a big headache on your hands. Not an option for zero stars but 1 star will do.

I can’t stress to anyone enough - do not use Nar’s tax services! When you first speak with her, she’s pleasant, she actually speaks to you on the phone, like a professional, you feel comfortable with her, but the minute she receives her fee from you and sends you to the post office to mail off your documents, she’ll never return your calls. She’ll only contact you through text or email. And that’s if she ever contacts you again. In July, after getting no answers as to why my taxes hadn’t been processed and she basically ignored me or brushed me off, she finally offered to re-file my taxes, after I had filed initially in February and never got my refund. Thankfully I had a true professional look over the re-file for me, before I signed off and I found out, without my permission, she changed numbers on some tax forms and my refund amount changed. When I reached out via email, phone and text as to what’s going on, which was around July 16th, she has yet to contact me. It’s so frustrating and I want no one to ever go through this like I have.

Nar is the WORST cpa!! She completely screwed up my taxes! Not only did she file 2 of my business taxes with ZERO deductions , she filed my 941s and W3 incorrectly costing me an extra 1,500 I already paid in, she forgot to file my 4th quarter taxes amp filed them 3 months later without my knowledge costing me 100s in late fees and she left me hanging with no help after filing an extension without my consent because she missed the deadline and lied about it all while Im trying to buy a house this year. She cost me 1,000s. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
