Despite billing herself as a tax accountant, Lydia did not demonstrate competency regarding basic tax questions. For example, she adamantly believed that, after the contributions have been withdrawn, there is no tax penalty for distributing a Roth IRA prematurely. I cannot with a good conscience recommend her.
