Terrible communication. Byron has had my tax records for over 6 months. I requested he return them in July. He didn't. He doesn't respond to text messages. He wasn't very good at communicating, but now he's ignoring my demands for my tax records. We are a small business and needed help squaring up with the IRS. My husband met him through a group of old guys that meet at Starbucks, thought he seemed like a nice guy, trustworthy so, we trusted him. Biggest mistake ever. He seemed like a nice guy, but nice guys don't show a lack of ethics, integrity and professionalism. Nice guys don't violate the Public Accountancy Act and Administrative Code. Also, according to TSBPA, his license expired in June 2022.
