Philip Chandler, CPA, is a Tennessee-licensed CPA with more than 35 years of experience spanning tax, accounting, residential construction, and real estate development. He has owned and led CPA and construction firms, served as a controller and executive in multi-million-dollar manufacturing and construction companies, and managed projects ranging from custom homes to large commercial developments.

Phil holds an MBA in Accounting, a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology, and is a licensed general contractor. He brings a practical, real-world perspective to tax, business, and financial decision-making for small businesses and individuals.
