Jim and his team are great to work with. Appreciate the early reminders to start tax returns. Love everything about the mobile app. (I.e communication with the team, responses to tax prep questions, ease of uploading and tracking forms, payment for services, etc.). Process is very smooth, team is very responsive, and returns are completed very fast.
