Absolutely horrible tax office i have been trying to reach them since last tax season boyfriend still hasn’t been able to receive his taxes from 2021 because he received a irs verification letter and they will not return calls owner was supposed to allow him to get his tax paper but yet has been closed changes voice mail often but doesn’t return calls haven’t been able yo file this years taxes because have got last years need his adjusted income and have no access only them cuz they filed the return …. I have reported this awful company to the better business department and hope no one go there so they won’t screwed like we are now
