We're headed to court! She failed to file our taxes, which cost us over $500 in late fees. She promised to cover the costs but stonewalled over and over. We've reported her to the IRS and suggest that anyone else who has been defrauded by her do the same. She needs to be put out of business.

We have used Joann for many years and are very pleased with her. It takes time to ge a return call sometimes but thats because she stays busy. She knows what shes doing and she is very prompt to do our taxes.

A complete waste of time! If you want to make sure the IRS recieves your return PLEASE go to someone else. She never does what she says and she is never available by phone or email. This not only happened to me but 3 referalls that I referred the same year. RUN AWAY FROM THE HEADACHE. TRUST ME!

Does not follow through, I've been waiting well over a month and I'm not even sure my taxes have actually been done. She is completely non responsive. Very annoying for sure. You get what you pay for I suggest you find someone more professional.

She was supposed to file our taxes in April and now it is August and the state doesn't know anything about our return. We have called hundred times and her answering machine says full of messages. She has only returned one email and has done nothing she promised. Don't use this woman. She is good if she does her job.
