The girls that answer the phone in this practice speak only Spanish and absolutely no English. If you call they answer in Spanish and if you start speaking English, they hang up on you deliberately and on purpose or put you on hold for 30 min intentionally until it hangs up. This is USA. The native language here is English. Why as a natural born citizen who speaks English and doesnt happen to speak Spanish do I have to be so cruelly discriminated against for not speaking their language which is not the native language of the country they are working in? This is discrimination against me and they are refusing to work with clients that do not speak Spanish. Is this the best business practice? Honestly do I deserve to be denied tax help where I would pay a fee for services just because I am a naturalized American that speaks English and not Spanish?
