The worst tax preparer I have ever done business with. She comes off as a nice knowledgeable person, but communicating with her is terrible and she does not follow up on extensions, which cause the client to have to pay penalty fees. People I have referred to her became so irate they chose to find other tax preparers. I have finally done the same. Glad to be out of this situation. Good luck
