He did my taxes last year. No problems. This year I sent in my docs and was given a phone appointment on 4/7 @ 7:00pm. I checked in with a email around 9 and he apologized because he was very busy. He’s call me the next day. Understood. No worries I said.
That call never came and on Monday when I reached out to him, he said he can’t do it because he’s overloaded. Not cool. It must be nice to throw loyal clients away. Business must be booming
