We used Verol for the first time last year. He did not ask us the proper questions which lead us to be charged a 750 penalty. He also told us we didnt owe taxes but we ended up having to pay 4k in taxes due. We asked for a refund of our payment due to his mistake and he refused. We will not use him again.
