I filed my taxes in March 2022 till now I have not received my tax refund. Calling them several times no answer. Its my first time to use this firm to filed my income tax. Till now no answers from them.

Avoid this guy. He doesn't return emails or calls. Neglected to file my tax return from 2016. NYS charged late fees and penalties of double the amount I would've owed. I called and emailed about it and no one has gotten back to me. UNPROFESSIONAL. He doesn't even prepare the taxes, he had family and friends working in his office.

My experience has been very good, and I am very sorry to hear that anyone had a problem. Gary's office has been taking care of my taxes for two decades now, and across the different states where I have lived. Of course, it is always good to review the information closely before filing, but overall, I can say that Gary is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and his current assistant, Anthony, is exactly the same. Some of my filings have been complex, and I only have good words for the service that I have received there.

Guys avoid this bad place. I wish I can put zero star. I am asking the doctor to avoid this place because they cheat me. First gary will not do ur file. He has unprofessional 2 ladies filling the taxes. Second the lady told me the amount of return is different from the reality. She did not send me the paper by email. Then I called by chance after 4 weeks asking about the status of my filling she told me that ur file rejected but no one told me. I tried to speak with Gary but no one allowing me to speak with him over the phone. My ADVICE TO THE DOCTOR AVOID THIS BAD SERVICE. I AM DOCTOR AND I FEEL THEY CHEAT ME. this is my first time trying him and will be my last time.

I used Gary Salvador to prepare my taxes for 2015 and 2016. I found out earlier this year that he failed to submit my NYS returns for both years. For 2016 I had to re-file and was charged almost 400 in late fees and interest on the money I owed, and for 2015 when I went back to look at the forms which he filled out but didn't send in I found a huge error in my state tax witholding amount miscopied from my W2 that resulted in me sending in a payment of over 2500 instead of getting a refund of over 500 that I was supposed to receive. Of course when I contacted him about reimbursing me for the late fees he didn't respond at all. He's crooked and incompetent.
