JOHN L. MASSANOVA Certified Public Accountant — Certified Municipal Financial Officer - Chartered Global Management Accountant John L. Massanova graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science degree. Mr. Massanova holds licenses in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania as a Certified Public Accountant, along with maintaining the designation as a Chartered Global Management Accountant by the AICPA. Also, Mr. Massanova is licensed in the State of New Jersey a Certified Municipal Financial Officer, enabling him to run any municipality in the State. Mr. Massanova has also participated in the Master of Taxation program at Villanova School of Law. Mr. Massanova established the firm in 1984 and has strived to assist his clients in areas, such as accounting, taxes, management, business development. Mr. Massanova's experience is extensive, aside from performing clients normal accounting and tax functions, for over 30 years, Mr. Massanova has acted as a CFO or Controller for many of his clients. These clients range from the second-largest Satellite Master Antenna System in the Country located in the Bronx, New York. The ticketing system in Salt Lake City, (SmithTix), which handled the 2002 Winter Olympics'. Other's to name a few, Construction of homes in Naples, Florida, along with Storage Units, Cellular Billing Company in Texas, Mortgage Company in Chicago. Mr. Massanova was also the CFO and Business Administrator for the Borough of Runnemede, New Jersey. The Firm has handled Companies across the United States, as well as local clients.
