John is a great guy always coming through for me when ever i need him. He is kind and takes the time to explain everything and leave no rock unturned. I have had myself in a few bad situations with the IRS. He has always helped me. I trust the guy!

This Man John Ortiz last year prepared taxes,I tried to get him on phone dozen of times never answers phone can't leave messages,what ended happening I received penalty of 500.00,he didn't send my taxes on time ,he is avoiding me I emailed to make good on his mistake,and he doesn't respond,and past two years I owed money to irs he made errors on my taxes this guy shouldn't have a licence
