I trusted Olivia was a tax professional and knew how to file taxes for somebody. But she filed my taxes without even submitting my health insurance information. So now I won't receive my tax return for like two or three more months. The IRS sent me a letter to let me know that I need additional information. And when I contacted her she didn't even reply. every time I called her she never answered. And her voicemail is full. I was never able to leave her a message. I was texting her and she was not replying to me. If you want your taxes done in a timely manner and you want to receive your return I would definitely not file with her
