All of Fernando‘s clients are knocking on my door, asking for him and they do not have the correct address every day people knock, and even try to walk into my apartment I am alone with the two-year-old. Please let everyone know that you do not live at 50 Brookway Rd. This is a serious issue and it needs to be fixed immediately

This is the worst place to file your taxes! Ive been waiting for five months for me refund check and I still have yet to receive it. The customer service is terrrrriblleee!! I seriously do not recommend this place. They have a extremely fishy business. Fernando and Dominga are the worst people to handle others money. I kept calling to receive answers and they would decline my calls, I would leave voicemails and they wouldnt get back to me.

I Lenny Liriano filed my taxes with mr Lopez on May the 5th of 2015 for my 2014 refund.
I provided a payment of $80 cash up front so that i could have my refund electronicly sent to my bank account.
I provided all the correct details regarding the account and mr Lopez informed me that it should take no longer than 21 days for me to receive my refund which i knew that was true. well weeks and a month pass and still no refund. I called the IRS on June the 8th 2015 to find out what was the going on with my refund being that mr Lopez wasn't really giving me much of an accurate answer i figured that the IRS would and they did, They informed me that my Refund in the amount of $865 was deposited into my account on May 14th 2015 which i never recevied because when i provided the bank account number to the IRS they informed me that a totally different Bank account number was typed in which of course i had no idea in the world about, But even more surprising MR Lopez Lied to me and told me that the IRS was only sending back $685 and not $865 fishy or what? sorry for the long story, but i just want to say thank you to the IRS for baring with me in this situation i am already making the attempt to pursue Legal actions against Mr Lopez and too prevent someone else from falling victim to him and tax scam. This is very disappointing because this was not the first time i did business with mr. Lopez as he did successfully helped me with an immigration process with my wife, but as time passes the dishonesty truly comes out of people especially when money is involved.
