It is now October 2109 and I had no idea this type of thing was written. I need to clarify that the woman Frank F. is speaking of is the owner of the company. Although, I worked in the office I was more of an intern assistant. I resigned by the summer of 2017, so I never encountered Mr. Frank. F. Your experience was very unfortunate.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this woman. She does not conduct business professional in a timely manner, and she is not a woman of her word. She lied and stated she contacted the IRS on my behalf regarding my taxes and she did not. She submitted my taxes late in 2016 and had to file an extension. I was audited and reached out to her for assistance. She was and still is non-responsive. I owe the IRS thousands of dollars from the previous years of her doing my taxes. So I would not recommend her to anyone because she has proven herself not to be reliable or trustworthy.
