Thwy never answer the phone. When they do everyone tell you a different. You have ti go down there to there office to tey to get answers. They add all kind of things on your taxes thats not true. Instead if funds going into your account they never put it there. They are very unprofessional an i will never go back

These people should not be doing people tax they are just awful they dont answer phones ,they dont have a phone line and the worst thing they did to me was use one of my dependents on my taxes now i have to go threw a long process of getting one of my dependents back just horrible???????????????????????????? !!!please do not go to these people!!!!

Horrible, Horrible customer service. No accountability. Return paperwork faxed and received 2/2/2017. After numerous attempts to find out what's going on with return as of 4/8/17 refund still not received. Several offices opened in Baton Rouge, LaPlace, Gonzales only receive data. All returns prepared in New Orleans. Phone is hardly ever answered. When answered it is someone in a call center who can not help you and often times just brushes you off. When you speak with someone you get lies, lies and more lies. No quality control. Errors on returns are not caught by anyone within. Finally, return is sent to IRS. Refund deposited in Taxman's account instead of taxpayer account despite bank information being provided on April 5, 2017. Now at the mercy of Taxman to mail a check, on their bank account, to taxpayer. When is that going to happen? Will the check be honored? Again, phones not answered, messages left in voicemail not responded to. The most frustrating experience you will ever have.

Rude, Incompetent, and unprofessional. Stay away from these people they will not respond to your request and will sometimes misplace your paperwork. The worst!
