Your services were disappointing and unprofessional. You consistently missed deadlines for filing important documents, causing unnecessary stress and potential penalties. Communication was poor, with emails and calls often going unanswered for days. Several errors were found in the financial statements you prepared, indicating a lack of attention to detail. Given the high fees charged, the quality of work was subpar and not worth the investment.
