After trying to explain that i thought my refund should be more and asked if we could look back through it i was told by her the laws have changed in the last 20 yearsreally? no kidding... please retire... its clear you have no passion for people and didn't mind shorting a single mother of 3 by over 2,000. I will never recommend her or go to her ever again.
