Axios: Small business owners are uncertain of whether they'll survive without new stimulus, according to a new survey.

Forbes: November is National Entrepreneurship Month, and it's a great opportunity for business owners to celebrate and reflect on the past year. Here are four things to keep in mind. 

CNBC: Iconic retailers across the US are battling for survival as the pandemic rages on, with 46 retail bankruptcies in 2020 as of mid-October.

The Hill: “Nearly 2.2 million women have exited the workforce since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic,” according to a new report.

Small Business Trends: A new report found that 51.1% of American employees have left their jobs in the past year. “Only 26.2% left involuntarily, either being laid off or terminated, while 24.9% had left voluntarily.”

The Wall Street Journal: A judge has ordered the SBA to release the names of all PPP borrowers and their precise loan amounts, after they had previously released details only for loans exceeding $150,000.

TechCrunch: Ride share company Lyft saw its ride revenues recover by nearly 50% in just three months, signaling hope for the industry.

MarketWatch: Should working from home be taxed? This analysis argues that people who WFH may be “shirking their responsibilities to infrastructure that was already built.” 

CNBC: Uber, Lyft, and other companies with app-based drivers had a big election win in California with Prop 22. What could it mean for the future of all freelance work?
