I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University's acclaimed accounting program.  Soon after that, I embarked on an entrepreneurial journey by starting my business with just a card table and a laptop in the basement of the home of an elderly lady my wife and I were housesitting.  I've since grown my accounting practice over the last two and one-half decades.  Today, I am happy to employ a team of five professionals, serving diverse clients in tax preparation, tax planning, payroll services, bookkeeping services, and financial planning.  We emphasize a holistic approach, including teaming with legal and other financial specialists.
 
As an Enrolled Agent, a special designation bestowed by the IRS for practitioners, I specialize in tax law, individual, business, non-profit, and estate tax preparation, with a particular emphasis on retirement plans and ethics.  This designation allows me to practice and represent taxpayers before the IRS and in all 50 states—an uncommon privilege for CPAs.  I devote countless hours to studying tax laws and crafting customized solutions to meet each client's unique needs.
 
I find immense satisfaction in my work, particularly in nurturing the relationships I have built with clients over the years.  Witnessing their families, careers, and businesses flourish brings me great joy.  My ultimate goal is to provide my clients with peace of mind and confidence in the soundness of their accounting and finances.  Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my wife and two children, reading together, playing games, walking our dogs, watching our son play soccer, attending church, and exercising.
