Lisette Vila, the owner of Liberty Income Tax, is the most unprofessional woman I know. You can never reach her on the phone. The fax machine seldom works. She has not completely filed my taxes.in over two years. I can never reach her on the phone. Cannot even get copies of my taxes. Grossly dissatisfied with her service. We might have to go to court to resolve matters!
