DO NOT TRUST, NOT RELIABLE. They misfiled, received notice from IRS, and then they disappeared. Attempted many times to contact them, always to voicemail.

NOT RELIABLE. For many years, my wife and I had our taxes done by Fabian Martinez. At first, no troubles, but, in the recent years, we paid more and more taxes. This year, I called, text, and emailed them to schedule a zoom. It was scheduled 4 times, and 4 times I was left hanging in there in front of my laptop. They apologized but did it over and over: no ethics, nor respect for the customer. The excuse: "He is attended other customer, he will call you"... Never did!

DO NOT TRUST Fabian Martinez. He prepared my taxes for me and another person I know- we signed, we paid, and expected that he do his job right and process the tax papers year 2023. I realized that I never received the DIRECT DEPOSIT. INCREDIBLE! I tried reaching out to Fabian Martinez to ask what was going on- office phones lines are disconnected- he does not answer his "cell phone"- requested consultation- again no answer- The other person and I spent $250.00 together. Fabian Martinez practically TOOK our money from us and has our personal information.
