Community beware HECTOR IS A HUGE FRAUDSTER , this year for my taxes , he changed and slightly altered my address , a refund diversion scam , the misspelled address was a deliberate error to trigger a bank rejection by misspelling the address he insured my bank's automated name and address match verification would fail causing the direct deposit to bounce back to sbtpg once the bank returns the funds sbtpg's default process is to print a paper check and mail it to the TAX PREPARER since the misspelled address was not real or valid. I have had to go through hell missing two full days of work and talk to every know agency like like the Florida attorney general the Florida department of revenue the Florida board of accountancy Florida tax advocates and Santa Barbara tax group. I have had to do everything to make sure that I have had to direct documentation to the compliance and legal departments of both sbtpg and its parent company Green Dot Bank I've had to submit a written fraud declaration I've had to force a return to the IRS returning the funds to the IRS rather than allowing them to print a check. From the first day of this years new tax season I knew something was off with him , he was acting so shady and unprofessional and Its just sad when people have literal children and could loose so much but stoop so low just for financial gain. 16 years of fraud they have to look through in his career now. Over 3k ? How ridiculously stupid.

My daughter used hector for her tax services and I truly wish she didn't. He attempted to steal her return , he lied to her every part of the way. He filed a return in her name without ever showing her any documents or signatures , tax season just opened on the 26th, she immediately asked him what he was doing asked for proofs of what he was filing and or saying. At every point he lied. He is a drug addict crook that will steal your information and money. I will not delete any reviews as these are honest and a huge warning to the local Lehigh community. He will commit fraud if you give him the chance to. His fake companies like his pavers LLc all of his fake LLCs. The IRS will be auditing every case that's ever come out of his office between him and Maria so if you've gotten your taxes done there be wary you might get in trouble by default.

Hector is a complete scam artist. He illegally dies taxes , makes fake LLCs to claim funds under your name and steals money from you. Do not go here. He is going to be under investigation for his last 16 years of fraudulent activity . I am reporting him to IRS for filing fraudulent tax returns without consent or signatures and for using fictious LLCs.
