My husband and I have had to do two different payment plans for two consecutive years of tax investigation. The same thing is happening to my sister, we have called this office for Solimar to explain to us since she was the one who filled out the taxes, we have left a message with the assistants and she has never answered us. They give us an appointment for her office and she never receives us. After charging to fill out the taxes, now she does not appear to explain why we have to pay over 16,000. I understand that if we trust her for this job and she charged a lot for it, at least she should explain to us why now we have to pay. I gave her one star because I have to fill this in order to submit the review. But she deserves none!

These people are bootleg, unprofessional and if I could give them ZERO stars, I would. Untrustworthy and unresponsive since they NEVER respond to emails or calls, and when you call them out on it, they're attitude is rude and talk to you like you are bothering them. I regret ever calling these people.Steer clear of these people.
