I have been going to Gino for my taxes for the last 3-4 years. He is very reliable and always gets back to me quickly. As someone who knows how busy tax season can be, Gino is always on top of everything. I send all my documents and get my taxes filed within the same day. Awesome service!

It is always a positive experience when dealing with Gino and Pinnacle. I submit my documents and he completes my return in a whim! Lightening speed fast! The entire process is seamless and easy. I have been trusting Gino and his team for the past 10 years. He always offers incredible advice amp you will see your money fast due to the speed of which he works! I have not once been dissatisfied with the level of professionalism amp his knowledge. I plan on trusting Gino again and again w my tax return as I have been doing for the past decade. This was the WORST experience I ever had with any accountant. I generally don't write bad reviews but I wanted to warn everyone else and hopefully this will encourage them to re-think how they serve their customers. I was referred by a friend and made initial contact in February this year to have them do my tax return both business and personal. I contacted them in a few weeks to discuss setting up my QB and it took them over a week - 10 days - to even return my call. All I heard was that they were busy due to tax season and reassured that this will never happen again. Even though my intuition told me otherwise I gave Gino another chance and would you not believe it - after sending important documents for my tax return never heard back - again - after sending 2 emails and leaving 2 VM! Finally I got a call back by an assistant after almost 10 days of sending an email who told me that they were closed. At minimum they should have had an outgoing messages to explain that the office was closed.. not to mention I never heard back that my documentation was received even if they were closed. I also had to repeatedly ask to send me a proof that the extension was filed - never received it. This is completely unacceptable needless to say I had to find another accountant. A lot of aggravation and wasted time. Do yourself a favor and hire somebody else if you want to avoid a headache and poor customer service and lack of care for customers - you would think that they would go above and beyond for a new customer.
