Ms. Mitchell gives you a really personal non business-like experence. Its like having your mom or some other family member doing your taxes. She is friendly and gives you plenty of insight into how your taxes work. This highly personable approach is why Ive been going to her for several years.

Unreliable service. I was penalized a Failure-to-File penalty amount of $1024.65 due to this prepares negligence on not filing my 1040 when I paid her for the service of preparing and filing on time. I went to see her on March 2016 she filed on September 2016. To date she has not own up to her negligence nor has she refunded me the penalty amount.
