We went to Keith for our 2021 tax return and after doing it wrong, we went back to him to get it amended. He said he would take care of the mistake and take the amended form to the post office himself to mail it. It was never done! We then had to take the matter in our own hands, stay on the phone for hours with the IRS and finally in 2024 WE rectified the issue along with $1,800 worth of fines and penalties. We had contacted Keith via phone, text messages and letters in the mail with NO RESPONSE. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
