I have used this service successfully for many years as I have stated previously. Then in the last several years the service changed.Although, all tax forms were submitted by about mid February, it wasn't until the April deadline that I was informed that the company had filed for an extension with no reason given for the delay.Then this year in 2019 the West Virginia tax office found an error or errors in the C G submission. C G never resubmitted a correction or even admitted an error had been made. Accordingly, after penalties accumulated over a period of 6 months, I had to pay another company to correct the errors. This unconsionable, a reason was not given to me as to why this incident occurred.

Company used him as their accountant. He refused to send me a W2 form even after I called 3 times. If you want someone to try to commit tax fraud in your name, he's your guy!
