Dropped taxes off on Mar 1st., it is now Apr 17th and no word. Have been told a couple of times they'd be done by Friday. Didn't happen. Have given up waiting and am going to go pick up my paperwork, I will take my taxes somewhere else or do them myself. Good luck using these guys, I can't recommend them.
