Amy has been doing my mom’s taxes for years. However, she doesn’t completely do them. My mom owed every year and Amy never had her do quarterly estimates to eliminate fines. This year (2023) my mom had an extension. Amy never reached out to my mom to complete her taxes before the October deadline. In September my mom was diagnosed with terminal cancer. She passed in October and I had to hire another CPA to help my mom complete her taxes. I just received a very impersonal Christmas card addressed to my mom’s old address. No explanation or anything about where Amy disappeared to. We called her multiple times prior to getting someone else to do her taxes. Horrible! She should be ashamed of herself!
