Angela is a liar and a thief. Totally incompetent. Stole all of my tax papers. Refused to give them back. I called repeatedly every day for months. I called the IRS too, they said they couldn't do anything as she wasn't certified. If I could, I would give her a minus 10 as a score.

It's the 8th of July and we have yet to receive our tax return! It was supposed to have been submitted over the internet on the 15th of April when we signed our paperwork in their office in Parkland WA. The IRS has no record of it being E filed! They have ignored our messages, and now the phone has been disconnected. Now What can we do??? Not Happy.
