My tax woman of 30 years retired. My father referred me to Jeffrey Ames. He is knowledgeable, dependable, kind and easy to work with. Christian office is a plus. For 5 years he's done us right!

My wife is a smaller partner in an LLC for lean management consulting. We have been trying to get K-1 necessary for filing our taxes. Mr. Ames cannot be reached by phone because his voicemail is always full. There is no way to get a message to him and noone to answer the phone. It is near the end of July and we should have had a K-1 available to us before April
15. Here we are three and a half months later, with nothing to show for it. He sent us a copy that was unopenable using his security settings. We have been trying to reach him but he won't answer email, can't reach him by phone.
