I called his office as a potential new client with my business. Felt like I was bothering the person who answered, was not given any chance to explain what my business does, was told what my business is and then told they do not work with my type of business. I am sure, judging by the reviews, Mr. Grass does a fine job. I would of liked to have the opportunity to speak to somebody to see if my business would be a good fit rather than told what my 70 year old business is by a person who acted bothered.

My review has gone from 5stars down to zero. He has lied, disrespected me,and insulted me. He hung up on me when I asked him to explain his position. Why did he drop me? It was because I did not do what he suggested with my money!!
