Joni was referred to us. In fairness to her, Dara is the one that did the taxes. We hired Joni, but apparently she passed.it on to Dara. This is the only year in my life that my AGI was the same as my gross income. She made no attempt to find ways to save us money. She didnt even claim the minimum allowed donation you can take without receipts. She disnt ask me if I had made donations.
She did t hive the folder back of all the papers we gave them that we dropped off.
We got the lowest refund of our lives and had the highest income. And to top it off this so the tax year we have to use for our sons FAFSA.
They entered the wrong routing number for the bank and claimed it was their tax technology and it couldn't have been helped. Said they didnt know where our measley little refund was but it would get to us eventually. I could go on. If I could give 0 stars I would.. we went to her for savings. I can plug numbers into the computer myself. DO NOT USE!!! I am seeking legal recourse.
