While Chris is a great accountant, I will never return due to the receptionist. I contacted them to set an appointment, which I had to do through email as their mailbox is full. When she called me back she had an attitude right off the bat and proceeded to tell me that if the way they handled setting up their appointments was not good enough for my family then I might need to go see another accountant. I was not rude to her simple sent an email saying their messages where full and that it happened the previous year and never got a call back even when told to email and that someone would reach out to me. If your receptionist has no customer service skills then you might want to look for a new one.
