My taxes were not done in a timely manner.... I had to constantly contact them, they ended up having to file for an extension, then they were not prepared accurately and I had to go to another cpa to correct their error which they refused to acknowledge. This inaddition to other unprofessional practices lead to me making a complaint when they charged me. My understandable and totally justified email was met with a very disrespectful response. Regardless of my emails I was told that my- invoice was being sent to collections. Very disappointed with the service and lack of customer service.
