Do not hire this firm (Mr. Dacey) under any circumstances. He will charge you over $1,400.00 just to prepare the "engagement memorandum" (i.e. contract) for him to represent you. He was hired to represent me in a divorce and to examine my ex-husband's retirement. All he did was agree with the figures my ex-husband's accountant presented, missing a $155,000.00 mistake. Fortunately for me, my ex-husband's accountant reviewed his own work and discovered the mistake. Without the honesty of the other accountant, Mr. Dacey would have cost me $77,500.00 and charged me for the honor. He never did 1 calculation on his own. As he put it in the invoices, all he did was "review" and obviously not very carefully.
