A couple of years ago the IRS placed a lien on my paycheck. After hiring Joy to resolve my situation, she was meticulous in discovering my problem and creating a plan to resolve it. She also consulted with the IRS and my state Tax Agency numerous times which was quite difficult during the pandemic. She always kept me informed to what the agencies were telling her. She resolved my tax situation which also included paying the IRS a small fraction of what they declared was owed to them. In addition, she made sure that I would not have a similar problem in the future. Since then, I have contracted Joy to handle my taxes every year. I fully appreciate that Joy has always been honest and direct with me. I always feel confident whenever I ask for tax advice.
