So after waiting 21 days the IRS informs me that Pam Myers and Associates submitted an incomplete tax return that is now going to take 6-8 weeks to process. I can't even check on my return on the IRS website because they screwed up my return. They refuse to call me back. I've called 5 times to ask for them to call me when they receive a confirmation e-mail that the IRS received my return. When I call her assistant makes up excuses. Her business has taught me a valuable lesson...Never hire anyone because they claim to be a Christian. Hire them because they know how to do their Job!

I've been filing taxes with Pam for four years now and every year has been an awful experience. She didn't get around to filing this year until the end of May. She told us one year that we needed to pay to make our business a corporation, when we did it back fired and made us owe money. Than her employees called us threatening to call a collection agency on us. Turns out she apologized to us in the end and we ended up not owing the IRS. Also, one year we ended up owing money and we said that that didn't sound right. They had forgotten to plug the vehicle mileage onto the tax return and then we got money back. This last year we paid her and we were told that we should receive our return in 7-10 business days. When that came and passed I logged on to the IRS website and it's really up to 21 days! Her reputation around here is that she is "dishonest" and I've even heard of several people firing her. Her being a Christian has nothing to do with the way she handles her business.
